Hi there!
I provide a compassionate and supportive therapeutic space where people can connect with themselves safely and find their ground.
In my approach, I rely on our human resilience and creativity to support my clients in exploring their inner worlds, making sense of their lives, and growing into their authentic selves.

£45 per 50-minute session, free initial consultation
‘Trainee’ in my title means that, whilst I gained enough clinical experience to run my practice, I am still working towards my final accreditation with the UKCP, the professional regulator for psychotherapists in the UK (alongside BACP).
I am a member of GPTI and UKCP (membership number 2011193114); these organisations’ code of conduct regulates my practice.
I am supported by an experienced and accredited clinical supervisor. Ask me for details if you wish!
To explore starting therapy with me or to learn more:
Before training as a therapist, I worked in the tech industry, having experienced the startup grind as well as the ‘big tech’ culture. It is a pleasure to return to Shoreditch in a new capacity!
In addition to my practice, I work with a number of organisations providing private counselling as well as charity-supported counselling to new mothers with no recourse to public funds.
I am passionate about resisting and counteracting systems that turn into oppressive environments. Those disproportionally affect my clients who are neurodivergent, identify as LGBTQ+, POC, or have a diverse national identity, but they can affect us all.
